Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of emailed receipt (eg booking number / booking voucher etc). We use couriers and the postal services for deliveries, all associated costs are visible on the invoice. All bike are imported to specifications.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by McMax Electric Outride is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, McMax Electric Outride will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee.
Customer privacy policy
McMax Electric Outride shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via All VISA and MasterCard cards that are 3D Secure enabled are accepted or by bank transfer into the McMax Electric Outride bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for McMax Electric Outride via Yoco Payments who are the approved payment in South Africa. Yoco uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://www.yoco.co.za/za/terms/privacy-and-app/ to view their security certificate and security policy.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Never leave any of the products charging overnight. They should always be in plain site when charging and do not charge while unattended.
Although we pride ourselves with strict quality control, some factors are beyond out control so warnings and safe use should always be followed.
Although we have done all in our power to ensure that we bring you the best quality, we are not responsible for any harm or damage caused by our products.
Subject to the guarantee requirements McMax Electric Outride will not be liable for any loss suffered or damages resulting from any cause related to any lithium battery purchased from us, including without limitation , where the instructions for care or use of the said battery as outlined is not followed.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and McMax Electric Outride chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
McMax Electric Outride may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
